If you're able to print the test file, the original file may be damaged. Once you’ve made those changes, save the file, and then try to print. Also, if the original file has a table, clip art, or a drawing object, make sure the test file includes this as well. If you don’t have problems printing the test file, try changing the font so it’s the same as the original file. In the same Microsoft 365 app, open a new blank file.
